A "Brokedown" When I Really Needed One...

I must say that I love the randomness of the iPod. I mean, I still love to listen to whole shows and all that, but I do love just going to my "Good Ole Grateful Dead" Playlist on shuffle, and just letting it flow.
This morning I was driving to work...I was in a shitty mood, I was going to be late, I had just paid waaaaay too much for gas, and I was getting more and more pisssed...

THEN, the iPod served up a "Brokedown Palace"(studio version)...And things were suddenly much better, and serenity reigned...

"SERENITY NOWWW!!!!!"

You can't beat sittin' down and listening to a show all the way through...

but then again, I'm also a big proponent of the studio stuff.

(Unless that's all that exists for certain older dates) I can't stand listening to only part of a show... that's just me and if others enjoy doing that then that's cool.

For me, when I have only a short period of time to listen to some music, like a drive to work, studio stuff is great!

And what a better way to relax and let crap wash away than listening to some of what you love most!

Ahhh, the Good Old Grateful Dead.

You and your family are in my thoughts this Holiday season. I hope you can have A Very Jerry Christmas... and a Happy New Weir :)

Catchya later!

Zooma- It was definitely a "Serenity Now" moment.
And the Ipod does have a lot of live stuff on it(god bless the interweb), but my "Good Ole Grateful Dead" playlist is all of the dead stuff I have on it in one group.
And thanks for the Holiday wishes, right back atcha !!
